This is a traditional Pilates mat class focused on the exercises in Return To Life Through Contrology. Taught to the high Intermediate to Advanced Level. You must know your foundational work to join this group. Not suitable for beginners, anyone with injuries, joint or spine degeneration, pre/post partum.
