Victoria Howlett

With a passion for movement and well-being, Victoria is a 4th generation Level V certified Pilates instructor dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Victoria fell in love with Pilates the very first class she ever took over 13 years ago and continued to love the practice so much she decided to complete the Level V classical Pilates teacher training. Now in her 6th year of teaching she combines classical Pilates techniques with a focus on functional movement to create customized, effective, and engaging sessions with her clients.

Having worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced, 9 years old to 97 years old, Victoria brings a patient, encouraging, and hands-on approach to her teaching.

Outside the studio, Victoria is committed to continuous education with movement and enjoying the outdoors of the beautiful state of Colorado. She has been a photographer for over 25 years and helps run the family business Trout Mount, a product invented by a professional fishing guide who also happens to be her partner in life.

Victoria has lived all over Colorado and when she is not teaching, Victoria enjoys cooking delicious food, skiing, weightlifting, music, dancing, hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing and fly fishing the Colorado rivers with the love of her life Nick and their sweet handsome pup London.
